Once the products you ordered are accepted by you or by someone on behalf of you at the delivery address, then the order is considered delivered. The shipping/delivery address that you provide us with when placing your order is the place of the delivery. If you fail to accept your order after the first delivery attempt, our Customer Service Team will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you, re-arrange collection or delivery, Joel Sunglasses has the right to terminate the agreement.

Our aim is to deliver the orders to you within 2-4 working days within Europe. Please note that delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. From the time that the order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package on the postal company’s website. If no note has been received from the local postal company after 8 working days, the customer must contact the local postal parcel point with the Track & Trace code.
